The below package rate includes: Ticket booked as per "ticker category" below based on double occupancy. The 3 day tickers are valid for Friday, Saturday and Sunday and 2 day tickets are valid for Saturday and Sunday. 4 nights' accommodation on BB basis (01 to 05 November 2012). Meet and assist upon arrival at Dubai I Abu Dhabi Intentional Airport. Return transfers from/ to Dubai Airport- Dubai/ Abu Dhabi Hotel or Abu Dhabi Airport- Dubai/ Abu Dhabi Hotel. Return transfers from the selected hotels to the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix circuit on a sear in vehicle basis

Main Grandstand
Positioned directly opposite the pit lane, which houses the exclusive Paddock Club and team garages, all seats located in the Main grandstand are very much seen to be in the heart of the action. Patrons here will be able to see the start and finish of the race as well as watch the cars enter the pit lane to refuel.

North Grandstand
The North Grandstand provides a unique arena experience on the circuit's tightest hairpin turn, leading into the long straight this is also the closest Grandstand to Yas Arena where F1™ ticket holders can enjoy the after race concerts.

South Grandstand
This stand offers one of the greatest panoramas in motorsports, looking out over the Yas Viceroy Hotel, the Marina and the Yas Marina Yacht Club.

Marina Grandstand
This grandstand not only allows spectators to see Australian V8 Supercar action up close but also allows them to take in a broad sweep of the circuit including critical turns around the marina.

Marina Club –Tickets are on request basis
Upgrade your three day Marina Grandstand ticket to Marina Club, not only will you be able to watch all the Formula 1™ action from your reserved
seat allocated to Marina Grandstand ticket holders, but you also be given exclusive access to Australian V8 Support Paddock, views of the pit lane
where you can watch all the V8 Supercar action, access to an informal club lounge area with great facilities including private food and beverages
outlets from which you can purchase. Important Note: Marina Club is only available for three day ticket holders.

• Reserved seating in an outside balcony on Level 2 and Level 3 of the North and West Grandstands.Please note that seating is restricted to your allocated grandstand and level.

Notes, Terms & Conditions

1. All above rates are quoted in US Dollars and are net and non-commissionable.
2. Formula 1 Package will only be sold on full pre-payment basis. Full pre-payment is required to book This package. Once sold, the Formula 1 entry ticker is non-refundable & non exchangeable in case of cancellation or no show. For other service
   booked, the following cancellation is applicable:
   Cancellation, No Show & Amendment Policy
   •   90-7ldays prior to arrival:50% of the total amount will be charged
   •   70-61days prior to arrival: 75% of the total amount will be charged
   •    60davs prior to arrival:100% of the total amount will be charged
3. Rates are based on Run-of-the-House rooms unless specified otherwise. Hotel check-in time is 15:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
4. Package rates are valid only for the specific period mentioned. Should the period of stay change, rates will not be valid and cannot be combined with any other offers.
5. Accommodation rates do not include mini-bar, telephone call, laundry or any other incidentals unless specified
6. This is only an offer and no rooms or services are being held presently. Confirmation will be subject to availability upon receipt of your response and cannot be guaranteed.
7. Booking requests will be entertained on a first come, first serve basis. Package will be sold till tickets stock last.
8. Inter-connecting/adjoining or Twin-bedded rooms (or rooms with special requirements) can be requested, however, due to limited inventory, they are strictly subject to availability at the time of check-in. While we will convey the request to the hotel, we would ask you not to issue vouchers that confirm these requests to the client. Our confirmation of your booking request solely covers the room units booked and is not a confirmation of the additional special requests
9. Rates for arrival and departure transfers and circuit transfers are based on and valid in one vehicle with all passengers arriving/departing together (in the same flight). Airport transfer rates are based on and valid for transfers from/to Dubai International Airport or from/to Abu Dhabi International Airport only unless specified otherwise.
10. Portage is not included on arrival or departure at the airport unless specified otherwise.
11. Liability: Although no effort will be spared to provide the requested services, Dadabhai Travel act only as agent for Transportation Companies, Hotels, Car Operators, Vacht and Boat Owners and all other Contractors and will therefore have to disclaim responsibility for: (i) Any act, omission, default or neglect of themselves, their servants and agent for the contractor for injury damage or loss to persons or goods, accidents, changes of schedule or other irregularities whatsoever and howsoever the same may be used. (ii) Any cancellation of journeys, deviations, delays or failure to provide sears, berth, or facilities for carrying or storing luggage, or for the failure to provide accommodation. DADABHAITRAVEL also reserves the right without being liable for any loss or damage, to change the itinerary with or without notice and at its sole discretion if found to be in the best interest of all concerned. Dadabhai Travel is not liable for any services missed or unused due airline schedule changes, flight delays or cancellations should they occur at any point. Any services missed or unutilized due to these changes will be charged in full without refund.
12. Insurance: All vehicles used by Dadabhai Travel insured in accordance with local regulations. However, your clients are well advised to obtain personal baggage and accident insurance cover.
13. Coverage & Acceptance: All quotations prepared by Dadabhai Travel are subject to the terms and conditions stipulated above whether they are included in the quotation or nor. These terms and conditions supersede all previously issued. Dadabhai Travel reserves the right to amend or alter any of the conditions herein from rime TO rime and at its sole discretion.
